The Studies Center has monitored activities and initiatives that have been undertaken by the people of the Emirates, both citizens and expatriates, with the aim of launching its project (100 Super), which aims to honour the most prominent development men and women in the Emirates, namely those who left a clear mark on the pioneering development renaissance in the Emirates.

It is an advisory body comprising economic, development and academic experts in the country, whose names will be announced after the required legal approvals, are met.

Names of persons nominated to win are announced annually one month before the UAE National Day, and the book is released during the Sharjah Book Fair in November of each year.

The following criteria are used to determine the winners:

• Businessmen who established leading commercial, industrial, or tourism companies in the Emirates, whose successes have been remarkable.
• Academics who served the academic field and received praise from scientific and cognitive institutions in the UAE.
• Distinguished doctors and engineers who provided exceptional services in the fields of basic services.
• Persons who received key national government awards including thinkers, creators and artists.
• Persons who provided exceptional social or volunteer services whose impact has been felt crystal clear in the life of society.

• The details speak of documenting the winners and nominees success stories in a special book issued every two years to introduce the 100 most important development pioneers
• Introducing their successes, programs, companies and factories via the website of the 100 Pioneers in the Emirates
• Honouring the winners at an exceptional ceremony to be held in harjah Publishing City in order to introduce their efforts and work
• Providing special medals to the distinguished figures among them
• Providing a selection document for winning
• Providing certificates of competence and merit to all eligible persons
• Asking the wise leadership to sponsor this activity and consider it as one of the levers of development work in the country

The center also offers the opportunity to publish separate books for any of the development pioneers in the Emirates, upon his request

No fees are required from the candidates. The work is done completely free, provided with a personal photo and 200 words describing the candidate activity. As for those who wish to add other events or promotional pages to the website and book, there will be specific criteria

Yes, it is possible to advertise on the site for all development and cultural projects in the country that are achieved by Syrians, and advertising on the site is open to all pioneering businesses in the Emirates, even if their owners are not included in the Super 100 list.
